Created by Philips Publishing Group, publishers of Fishermen's News, the Wild Seafood Exchange is a unique interactive conference, bringing together independent commercial fishermen, restaurants, supermarkets, and distributorsÑwith the aim of making real business connections between the harvesterÑand the consumer.
